Thompson Point: First concession in Beaurepaire in 1678, history of Manoir Beaurepaire; stroll the point.
The Grove Area: Farmhouses, summer resort at the end of the 19th century; stroll the Lakeshore to Kirkwood Avenue.
Beaurepaire Village: Churches and schools through the years, commercial development from the beginning of the 20th century up to now; stroll Fieldfare Avenue to Beaconsfield Boulevard and the Village area.
Briarwood and St. Edmund's Churches: the bilingual visit starts from Briarwood at 13:00 for a church tour and then onward down the block to St. Edmund’s. An opportunity to learn more about Beaconsfield’s rich history.
These historical visits are offered free by the Société historique Beaurepaire-Beaconsfield Historical Society and last approximately 1h30.
