J. Augustine Mann, K.C. (1876-    )

Né à Montréal, J. Augustine Mann achète le 470 chemin Lakeshore en 1907. Cette propriété, dont la maison porte maintenant le numéro 13, Pointe Thompson, comprenait alors le terrain occupé par toutes les propriétés du cul-de-sac appelé rue Thompson-Point. Mann est nommé Conseiller du Roi en 1911.
